◦ The cost of a simple background may increase depend on its complexity. An example of a simple background would be an open window, sky with clouds, etc. Something that does not effect the atmosphere of the character or add much depth
◦ Additional props and accessories may affect the price of the commission depending on its complexity. (Detailed characters do not affect the price)
◦ Any additional information for the character (such as story, personality, etc.) is helpful but not necessary. It is just so that I am able to understand the character and draw them to the client's liking

◦ The cost of an illustrated background depends mainly on how much time it may take. Unlike a simple background, an illustrated background will be fully rendered and will affect how the character will look by atmosphere or light. Depending on time and complexity, the price may increase. Some examples of an illsutrated background would be a bedroom placed in a noon setting, a train station, a cafe, etc.
◦ Additional props and accessories may affect the price of the commission depending on its complexity. (Detailed characters do not affect the price)

Condensed TOS

Payments will be split into two phases (half needs to be paid upfront and other half needs to be paid before sketches are sent)
All commissions accepted in DMS are for personal usage (Email if commercial usage)
Commissions may take up to two months
Do not sell/claim/sell the artwork
Provide visual references
I have the right to decline any commission
Refunds are available until the sketch approval phrase; afterwards, refunds will not be accepted
Nothing made by @cacolin_ (eve) may be used in any blockchain-related technology (nfts, cryptocurrency, and any future inventions)
If you are not able to collect enough money for a commission in three months, the commission will automatically be dropped

TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to both the seller and the client.
By ordering a commission from EVE, the client agrees to the following conditions:

PAYMENT

In orders that are above $50 USD, the client agrees to pay half of the payment upfront and the other half of the payment before the sketches are sent
Works ordered by the client will not be started until the payment has been received through invoices (Paypal) or payment in other websites such as Kofi
If payments are not received on an assigned date, the commission will automatically be dropped and the client will not be able to order until commissions open up again
All payments must be in USD (United States Dollars)

PROCESS

Once the client has filled out the Google Form, EVE will personally contact them through their preferred contact and confirm their order.
An invoice will be sent to the provided email and the client must pay the first half of the payment in a span of one week
Upon confirmation and the first half of the payment is received, EVE will work on the sketches and send them from approximately one to three weeks after
The client will be sent the sketches after the payment is fully completed
The amount of revisions is limited to three rounds. Any more revisions will have to be paid before the revised sketches are sent and will cost a certain amount depending on how little or big the revision is
After the sketch phase, the product may take from approximately two weeks to three months. Please be patient as EVE has other works to finish and other activities in real life
The client may ask for screenshots of the products during the creation phase but do not be excessive or overbearing as that can add unnecessary stress to the artist

DELIVERY

The client agrees to have the product sent digitally by an email that is provided by the client
Unless the TOS changes, all products made by EVE will only be sent digitally with no options of a physical copy
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the product safe. Any lost or ruined products will not be refunded or reimbursed by EVE
All clients will receive a PNG version of the product and a copy of the product's file in CLIP STUDIO FORMAT

PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL

All products that are received by the client are only for personal usage. Any commercial usage (reselling, reproduction, etc.) must be brought up by the client and agreed to by the seller. This will also change the price of the commission depending on the audience that the client is trying to sell to
The client has no right or permission to use the commission made by @cacolin_ (EVE) in any blockchain-related technology (nfts, cryptocurrency, and any future inventions). If the client does not abide by this, they will immediately be blocked and banned from ordering any other commission by the artist

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Under the condition of a refund depending of the amount of work, the artist has every right to refuse or cancel any order or commission without giving reason to the client
The client is able to cancel or ask for any refunds before the sketch phase is finished. After the sketch phase is complete, they are not permitted to any refunds.
